Today I received PPR from KVO, it was by phone, lady called and instructed me to send passport along with self addressed prepaid courier receipt so they can return passport using that. Time line below, will update SS later... NOC 0111 App Date: Oct 20-2014 CC Chg: Dec 23-2014 PER: Jan 18-2015...
