Hi, the Canadian embassy in Dakar sent an email to contact my courier Service to collect my passport but DHL keeps telling me that the embassy have not released my passport for pickup. I have sent numerous emails to the Dakar embassy to no avail

Hi everyone. I submitted my passport directly to the Canadian embassy instead of the vfs office. how do i notify them or confirm if they have received my passport? and will they send me an email after the process.
