Just a simple question then: What is the point of CEC program anyways? Why not just having all FSW with some extra points for those with Canadian education and work experience?

Well, it is being quantified by assigning CEC status to the applicant, right? The only problem is there should be a way to utilizing this CEC status. Again, I did not mean to offend anyone, just saying that CEC draw once in a while is something that would be great to have.

It was on August 16th. PGWP was received yesterday

Hey guys! My PGWP was approved and I received a paper copy of it. It is valid until August 2022. What is concerning: my passport valid only till December 2020. I have never heard that someone received a PGWP beyond passport validity. I am happy but at the same time, is there anything to worry about?

Finally got PGWP approved. Applied on May 14th. Good luck all of you guys. This thread helped to stay calm.
