I have submitted my application in Nov and the process has not change since end of Dec. I want to request notes from the CIC or VO. Anyone knows how to request notes?

How long it take from this stage(MR requested) to decision made?

I was told that they will request MR if VO thinks the application is ok and decision will be made given the medical result and background check are passed. I'm wondering if the medical requested is before or after documents reviewed?
