Yes, I am. And as always, my US status is “H1B extension with USCIS, approval pending” :(

After a long wait of 28 months, my application finally got approved today. Dates are in signature. I thank everyone here for their support, special shout-out to @cansha :)

Adding the child after the birth seems the most logical step here. However, just curious, do you know or have you inquired about how complicated it is? I mean, does it take another year or so for them to evaluate everything? Do they ask for police verification etc?

Yeah - waiting since Feb29th 2020. When I called, I was told that everything was passed. But no further development

We received it via email, and also as a message in our profile. However, after passing our re-medical on Feb 28th, the file is not moving again. I called them couple of times, and I was told that everything has passed on my application, just the final review is pending. I assume the delay is due...

I just received my GCMS notes, and looks like they wanted to verify my employment with my employer (random, unlucky check).

Hello group, My medical re-exam that was done on Feb 4th has final passed on Feb 29th. I hope things move fast from here on.
