Are you saying that you were sent a notice for the oath ceremony the first time and you missed it without informing them in advance?

What I mean to say it is an IRCC requirement that for the oath a person needs to be in Canada.

There is no judge. It's just IRCC. They've made it quite clear that one needs to be in Canada for it though.

Ok was just wondering what a "PR stamp" is supposed to be . I just see a "canada border services agency" stamp with the landing date. No mention of PR or anything. Is yours the same?
