About 3 weeks - applied in Guatemala City and picked up passports with visas in less than 3 weeks.

Anyone have any experience? Their number is neither toll free (as stated on the website) nor is there an option to speak to anyone. The chat doesn't seem to work. They do not appear to respond to emails (not the Guatemala office).
