you can link the PR card application to GCKEY after received the ecopr, the VO show on PR CARD is: ottawa and Ecopr is OSC-operation, Hope it helps.

PR card received today on 29-november, but very funny is the address and photo still in review with IRCC at the PR portal.

Virtue Landing Unit on the 1st portal email.

I can only see from the ecopr: Became P.R at : OSC-OPERATIO, at the end of the ecopr only e-signed with the officer name. But 1st portal email is from Virtue Land Unit. Hope it helps~

i think recently it's normal to wait 1 day to two weeks before getting the credential, good luck to you!

i had replied multiple times to the 1st email and to the reminder. i had also sent a webform just before they sent me the credential.

Same boat, no response for 2nd mail so far~

I had consulted the immigration expert, currently it takes about 1 day to 6 weeks to receive the 2nd portal mail, so nothing much to do just wait patiently, Cheers.

I noticed some different after replied the 1st email again on Friday morning(12th-Nov) , this time there was an automated email response from the IRCC, i didn't receive any response from IRCC for the previous replied 1st email. (on 9th/10th-Nov). does anyone encounter the same situation...

Still waiting for the credential email, had replied many times for the past few days~ Hope the 2nd mail will come soon!
