Well I never actually figured it out. Since technically I couldn't send a prepaid envelope. I could only send a waybill with my credit card info for them to charge me once they mail it. Hopefully this doesn't cause an issue. I had no idea what I was doing and fed ex wasn't very helpful.

Hey all I'm having trouble sending my PPR with a prepaid label from the USA. FedEx said it was not possible to send a prepaid label because canadian customs doesn't allow it. I'm not sure what to do, if that's the case UPS will have the same issue. Do they just not know what they are doing?
