I've never ordered notes nor called them but on my CIC account it says that Background check was completed on November 28, 2020. It got updated yesterday I believe because before it said something like it was not even started.

It was approved yesterday, right when I got my email confirmation. Last GU was on Nov 30. CEC I got a lot of email notifications, so I am back ;) PS I am he.

Maybe. nobody knows. Depends on VO. Don't forget that people wait for their PRs since Nov 2019 or earlier. It will take IRCC a quite some time to clear this backup of people.

IRCC probably pulled it out from the website because it is useless and not accurate.

IMO progress does not mean anything anymore. Been 100% since July. Also mine disappeared as well. Probably it is just a clutter and they decided to get rid of it.
