My reply to fairness letter hasn't been reviewed by medical officer yet. So no clue what the outcome would be? It s been 7 months since I replied for my mom's fairness letter regarding kidneys.

So sorry for this situation. I haven't got any reply from cic after my fairness letter response . I have applied for notes to see whats going on. Its been 6 months now. when did you got reply and how long it took them to reply ? I replied myself and lets see what happens.

I think her Mom just got PR and hasn't landed yet. .She didn't enter Canada on a PR. The Antibody you really need to hurry up . I guess at landing she again has to declare about her dependents. If she could apply after landing it should be before the new rule.

Where is antibody? If I am in a situation I check Canada v millions time to see any response from other member.

Looks like you were not medically examined while her PR was in process that's why you are excluded from the application. Now the rule has changed recently before it was 22 years now 18 years to be a dependent of your parent.

Hmmmn Too much cost to cover.Let's see.
