    Please, consult your lawyer immediately to know the next step to take. However, hope is not lost though it will now involve much of documentation at the pre-removal risk assessment stage. You got gather alot evidences to support your asylum claim now. All the best!

    Uhmmmm. Same here with me..I got a letter from ICAC that my claims has been transferred to IRB since August, 2024 marked FILE REVIEW. No request for evidence to be submitted since then

    Congratulations. You will be approved without hearing. I submitted my BOC in April 2024 Got file review(In chamber) from ICAC in August 2024 But up till now, no request to submit any evidence? What are my chances now?
