    i can see in the table that manila office has an approval rate of 100% for self-employed in the last 12 months, as opposed to what you said as 100% refusal rate. i hope im seeing the table correctly ;) not sure though about how fast or slow they process the applications. i wont get my hopes...

    I think that's what took your application long, the transferring of docs from one office to another. Oh well, I guess my only option now is to try my luck as self-employed and just cancel the application if it takes too long. Thanks again! I would be very grateful for any input from others...
