Hello maleeksha, Family sponsorship takes about 12 months, I checked it on CIC website, that's why I prefer to add my spouse in this stage before applying on RP.

Oh thank you, of course it was very helpful, so you think the best alternative is getting married between nomination and ITA? and if I'll do that and update Ontario about change in family situation, can they ask for additional documents? and in that case, can they froze or withdraw nomination...

It's really hard to get pay slips from 3 years ago, it's very stressful !! I see that they haven't asked for pay stubs during 2014, so did you sent them from the beginning or you were unemployed during that period? Last question, did they asked for a recent bank statment or not?

ok, concerning proof of fund, should we explain only gift deed giving within the last 6 months ar all of them? I mean, on the first bank statement I had a gift deed, but the second one (when they will ask for a new recent one) will be clean without gift, should I explain the old one too?

Why they ask an explanation for some deposits on your account? and how should be this explanation? an explicative lettre or something else?

Congratulations, did you receive nomination directly without a phone interview? most of OINP applicants have received phone call before getting nominations

Je ne suis pas d'accord avec votre statistique, on ne peut pas savoir le nombre exacte des candidats de notre catégorie, mais c'est certainement beaucoup plus que 40, n'oublie pas qu'il y a certains qui ne sont pas connecté sur ce forum.
