Thats weird. I gave my biometrics 6 days ago but there is no update in my profile. It still says we’ll let you know when you need biometrics but i have BIL on my profile lol.- whossambrown

You get an email about a change in your profile but you see no change in anything. My guess is these are reminders of unread messages in your profile. You'll notice some messages will say unread even if you read them.- whossambrown
