Thank you for your response. Does this mean that I am not obligated to inform them about the change in my marital status anymore? Sounds like I can get started with my divorce petition in home country any time now. Anyone else have any insights on such a case?

Can someone suggest the best way to carry and show proof of funds upon landing at port of entry? Ideally we shouldn’t be carrying more than CAN$10,000 when we fly apparently but the minimum required funds for 2 people is CAN$16000

Thank you for the response. As I mentioned in my OP, my current score comes to be 451, and my round’s cutoff was 449. So while I still qualify what other ways can it impact my application, is the question?
