Hi All Need your advise on filling out the work experience on Schedule 3. I worked for a company for 4 yrs and got promoted to manager after 2 yrs so as per 0213 duties worked as a manager only for 2 yrs. Should i claim 4 yrs under my current title as a manager or for only 2 yrs? Thanks

In this case my question would be that whether someone should write 4 yrs experience or 1 yr? As in real terms out of total 4 yrs experience someone might have done managerial positions (referring to NOC 0213) only for 2 yrs? Experts plz reply.

This is very important question that whether someone should club all promotions in final title OR write them separately? As this could change your number of yrs of your work experience. I think some expert should answer this question.
