    I just received my oath letter yesterday. e-case also changed to reflect the oath date. The oath letter was mailed the same date the e-case changed to DM.

    Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker I read somewhere that CSIS clearance is valid for 4 years, RCMP for 18 months and FOSS for a year. I tend to believe that CSIS clearance is requested toward the end of the review of your application.
