May I know which office was processing your PR card, your production was fast while Etobicoke says that their production process is going to take longer than normal, without really giving any information what is even normal!!!

I contacted the Etobicoke office yesterday and they replied back to me today saying that my PR card is now in production and the status of the image remains "waiting for approval" until the card is sent to me. They also mentioned that it is going to take longer than normal for the production...

I am waiting since August!!!! A friend of mine applied for her PR 8 months ago. She and her husband already got their PR card! It honestly is very confusing how they process files!!!

Wow...thanks for your response. I am in the same boat except I got my eCoPR in August. just contacted them, hopefully we all get our card sooner than later!

Is your photo confirmed by them?

Hi guys, I am very confused and frustrated now. I got my eCoPR in August 2021 and am still waiting for my photo approval and PR card from Etobicoke office. Can I do anything at this stage? I am reading that some ppl linked their PR card application, what does it mean and how can I do it? thanks

The same thing happened to me as well and my application was approved. However, it took about a month and a half to update my GCkey profile and generate eCORP for me. It was an awful time waiting to know what was your decision!

After a very long wait, I got DM of GCkey and eCORP this week. anyone knows how long does it take for the Etobicoke office to confirm the photo and send the PR card after eCORP.

I know...it is very frustrating!

My situation is similar to you, except my AR is Aprill 2020. But I also got several ADRs. I saw DM on ECAS but nothing in GCkeys yet. May I know which province you are in? Did you get an email for your DM? I got the email for confirming my address but no credentials to the portal yet! :O it's...

the same happened to me as well. The IRCC agent told me that the next step will be DM. Apparently, close to the final stages they create the portal and as soon as we receive the DM, we can finalize the process for PR card!
