It usually takes time after ADR submitted, I submitted my ADR in 3rd week of November and just seen update this week since then.

If you have the complete access of your account then keep trying because the tracker new and might be experiencing more then normal traffic, in my case I had to try whole day then only 1 time it showed up email on account to send the code. All other times it was saying different things like...

This is not AOR , AOR is a PDF file which says your info such as your Name , App No. There might be a different procedure of completeness check for the stream you've applied. But anyways if it was submitted successfully then stay positive and hope for the best, Good luck

If you applied through paper application then it takes time and yes you need to link it online in order check status and updates
