your request for notes is generated in canada so it won't affect the visa process..however, they don't generally encourage filing two requests in one month (if you had received notes and then immediately you request another one and then a week later request another one)..why would anyone do...

I don't think it is a red flag...

formal or informal does not matter..it is the interviewer whose attitude towards you and your case that matters...one forum member who went for her interview had husband's name tattooed on her arm and that impressed the visa officer...not suggesting you to do the same

order notes and you may get an idea (sometimes they may not ask any questions based on that..in my partner's case notes talked a lot about sponsor's previous marriage but no questions were asked) but you can be prepared just in case they ask...in general, questions may be about relationship how...

you can exhale now since junior visa officers can only recommend approval but cannot say at the time of the interview say if they had approved or rejected (some indian junior VOs inform the decision right away)....it will be a tense moment until you get your visa on hand but everything will be ok...
