jab passport send kartay hain aur online status decison made hojata hai to usk bad almost kitnay din main passport wapis mil jata hai

no first expired , 2nd expired on 15 august now third along with ppr, mine was not interview case but dnt know y they delayed i applied in march 2010

plz guide me , i recvd remedical and ppr together , i contacted for medical they have given me the appointment of 18 september , i want to know that i can send my passport to embassy before my remedical or not , this is my 3rd medical and also they will gave me any reciept of thuis medical or not
