Exactly, the FedEx tracking says it is delivered since Feb 8th. The agents just say that the 4th package "hasn't been registered in the system", and since they're a remote third-party help desk, they can't provide any details on what's going on with the package since it was delivered to the VAC...

The feedback form asks you to choose the nearest city, they're all Colombian cities there - so the VAC is relying on a third-party provider for their customer care. And the lady in the chat has actually told me they're not in NYC and have no direct communication with the VAC. Which is stupid...
