I guess in this case you have 3 options - 1. Apply without payslips 2. Arrange payslips somehow that mentions cash payment 3. If you deposited cash in bank accounts, you can take statements and highlight deposited amount for last few months as Salary.

In the march sheet you will see PNP, CEC and FSW outland applicants with VO as ottawa or other has been processed but only 1-2 with NDVO have been processed. You may see the NDVO sheet and notice that FSW feb applicants are pending from 24th Feb onwards. My BG is not needed at this time.

Hi, Welcome :) There are many FSW people from NDVO who have BG IP from 2-3 months, you may follow the sheets in my signature. Currently NDVO has started with FEB FSW and very soon they will jump to March FSW, so we might have to wait for 30 more days, 7-7.5 months is ideal timeline for FSW...
