It is. It means Decision Made, you can find it on the old tracker (ecas). In my case DM was first, and then a couple of days later my new tracker was updated (presence, language and prohibition to completed). However, you won’t get any notification from ecas when it changes to DM

Right, that’s the one. I was initially offered a surrey location, which is closer to me but Vancouver one was the soonest one. You are right about long wait time there, even the line for pick up was very long and super slow. I’m Already mentally preparing for a long wait to pick up my passport

They called me 3 days after I submitted the form. The soonest appointment in my area was in 3 weeks that time. Availability depends on where you live. Some offices are busier than others.

I finally received the certificate! My oath was on January 13 (Scarborough). Sent signed form right after the ceremony. 3 weeks after, no sign of certificate. I emailed them to confirm that they received my form. They said that the form was received, and certificate was mailed out on the 18th...

Oath on Jan 13, Scarborough office. Still waiting for the certificate. The status is closed as of Jan 14. some people who had oath the same day already got theirs.
