How long it takes to receive a blue book. By the way, I need people who go through the same process to tell me is it true ADR appeal just a show. Most of the time you have to do the court appeal, coz the previous one just won't work.

I don't really know it has something to do with my application. Wednesday 2:20 pm the immigration agency called me I missed then 2:40 pm this person called me later 8:40 pm called again, Thursday 12:40 pm called again. No voice mail left. It's a local number, it shows caller ID.
