just a quick update. passport application sent to Mississauga office on March 26 Processing officer called me on May 19 and verify my birth city. He said, he is going to process my application, and send out for printing after. CC charged today May 24 As per his word, roughly 2-3 weeks will take.

application mailed to Mississauga on March 26 from Yellowknife. no update since then, cc not charged even. I tried to call them, all agents were occupied, and unable to get through. do you guys have any suggestions?

My passport received on Feb 23rd. Yesterday approved in my CIC and counterfoil is there too. I don't have tracking number for the return envelope. So I don't know how I can track the return envelope... Hopefully before Friday I will get the passport by hand
