Yes PPR email came from: "CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC)" <IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca> In PPR email they asked us to use VFS India. My parents submitted passports at VFS India without any trouble.

Today my ECAS shows Decision Made for Permanent Residence Application Status !!! But my CIC Online Linked Account still says "Your application is in progress." for Final Decision. Does this mean they're almost done and I should expect PPR soon?

Replied to the email: "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca" from which my parent got the PCC request email. For Document number, I used the File Number mentioned in the Police Clearance Certificate itself.

Got a single letter by email requesting only PCC for both my parents. In my linked application status, it showed Background Check is in progress. Previously it showed "We will let you know when we start your Background check"
