Did you call IRCC on phone? I got my AOR after 5 months tho. Yours is way too long. I’d suggest CALL IRCC and apply for a GCMS note.- Viking007

Urgent: Sudden Increase in PR Processing Times for Refugees and Protected Persons (Up to 99 Months!)
A protected person can’t apply for a military, police or other high end government jobs. You must be a PR or citizen.- Viking007
