Ya people who are having visa exemption get CoPR faster as CIC dosen't need to stamp the passport.

I just checked MyCIC and in the home page I see Approved in the details. But when I open to check status it still shows Background check in progress and Final decision Not Started. Hopefully I will be getting my passport by the end of this week. :)
