No it can't be 6 months. The application is in Cairo right now. I'm asking how much longer from now.

Dear all, My husband just received an email that he was accepted as a sponsor and our application has been forwarded to the visa office in Cairo :D We're over the moon this is the best news! So how much longer is it until I get my visa (an estimated time) ?

Thank you Jinny61 I don't now what IUD is though :) I'm glad you say the sponsor should receive a response in 36 days this is great news. At least then we can know they do have the application and are working on it. You give me hope
