I would recommend re-taking IELTS. If you can improve your scores in reading and writing, then your express entry score will bump up by huge margin. Instead of waiting for 7 months, this is the quickest route to take.

What about your IELTS/CELPIP language scores? CLB 9 or more can increase your score. Also, do not travel outside of the country until you have completed your 1-year experience. If you go out, you will also need to cover those days in Canada to claim your 1-year experience.

I have no idea if that is possible. However, did you not applied for PR? With 4 years of work experience in Canada, you might get good points and will qualify under CEC. You might already knew this but thought of posting in case you haven't thought about it.

I think you may be able to use a LMIA exempt job offer for EE but I would suggest confirming with an immigration lawyer. Also will your employer be willing to support you to get a PR in this way? PR process can take longer 6 months or beyond and if you use a job offer, you need to have that job...

Employer will have to file for a work permit under Intra Company Transfer category. It has nothing to do with Express Entry pool. I think you are probably referring to getting a PR thru Express Entry, with a job offer that adds 50 points to the profile.
