ITA - 9th Oct Application Submitted - Nov 3rd Medical Approved & Biometrics Instruction Letter - Nov 17th 2022

Does anyone know how long it will take to get Biometric Instruction Letter? I am travelling outside Canada in December 2022, and I submitted my application on November 3rd 2022, if it comes in the last week of November then I won't be able to submit Biometrics in 30 days' time.
