you have applied already within in 180 days. Does not matter when they open your file. Why do you worried?

I just talked to CIC agent and He said application received after December 11, 2011 have not opened jet.

Hi, My friend had same situation he had an interview at Scarborough office also. A few weeks later he got a letter saying come and pick your documents up. Do not worry and good luck.
