Yes you can attend the COA even with just the MR. Just bring that plus your passports. Registration is thru text. Text them you want to register then they will send you available dates. 09175684868 is the number

sabagay kasi basically sa Post June 26, nashorten ang period ng processing dahil sabay-sabay nasend ang lahat ng requirements upon application pa lang. Sana tama ka my friend. :)

sad to say wala pa talaga PPR namin.. Apr 18 ko pa expect yun kaso up to now wala pa rin. Weird na nga yung pagsend out ng PPR. Wala na masundang trend unlike dati na more or less ma-estimate kung kelan labas ng mga PER, 2nd AOR at MR. Parang random ang pagsend ng PPR kung titingnan yung...
