I submitted my PR under the HCCP pilot in March 2025 and accidentally declared my husband as non-accompanying. He’s still in India.
I’m now wondering:
Can he come on a visitor visa?
Can I apply for a SOWP for him once I get my BOWP?
Is there any way to add him to my PR...
