Thanks. Yes, I applied online for a PGWP Extension. PGWP Extension can be done online. The only difference between online and paper is that paper processing time is faster.

I just checked my cic account and found that it was updated, so I clicked on it. Closed and approved but no email notification yet or In Canada Approval Letter in my message. The front-page status also has approved on it. My Timeline: PGWP Extension (Initial permit was set to passport expiry)...

I just received my application from CIC today. The reason for return is not even about NOC 2172 being full or capped. Here's the summary: "Your application was received after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker was reached". PS - I am not writing to contradict anybody...

Same as yours - 29th of Dec. My Visa office is also CPC-Ottawa.

Just got confirmation from CIC that my application was returned yesterday March 4th reason being NOC2172 is capped. I am writing this so the people still in doubt can believe. I advise that everyone awaiting charge for Dec 29th and co should call CIC, I think they just updated their system...
