Application number is different and starts with R, Instead of linking with Application Number, Try to link with UCI and other combinations. Thats what worked for me

I also accidently made my account. I also never received the credential email. I waited for 1 month after i got the 1st email from IRCC . After 1 month i login into my portal, i could see my PR application. I submitted my address and photo Very next day i received my Ecopr in my portal

I also made my portal in April by mistake. They never send me credentials. I waited for 35 days, after that i did forgot password, reset new password, my PR confirmation was also connected with that portal. I uploaded my photo and address. They issued me COPR the very next day. Hope this helps you
