    You can call IRCC and ask them for help. I have the same issue and called them the day before, the officer send the message to the office that issuing my PR card and my card got mailed today. Hope this helps you!!

    Hi guys, I got my ECOPR in July 8,2025 and still haven't receives my PR card yet. I need a physical PR Card to apply for a Japan visa in October for a trip and is already the 15th of September, does anyone know how I can contact IRCC and ask for it? or what should I do in this situation?
