1-888-242-2100. They're having some trouble with their system at the moment I believe. No one could get to talk to the agent including me. I tried call them today but couldnt get to a person to ask for information.

Hi, Yes I called IRCC. You wont be able to tell that information on the online account. Calling IRCC or obtain GCMS note are the 2 ways that I know of to get those information.

I'm Inland applicant (Alberta nomination)

I called IRCC and asked them specifically about the status of my Eligibility, Criminality, and Security. I also asked them about my visa office. That's how I got the information.
