Well, my mother in law had interview on Jan 29th, got requested for police certifcate during interview. CIC received the certificate by Feb 16, and she just got DM on July 23...That's like 150+ days...no oath letter yet.

We received test invite in mail, then 10 or 15 days later it updated in ECAS...(Winnipeg office)

Yes, my mother in law did got test invite on Jan 09 for interview (she is over 55) on Jan 29 by letter mail...but no update on her ECAS at all.
