Moreover, I have a question on your answer to my question 1. This is what I found online for my question 1 (link is: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1181&top=15), but it is exactly opposite to your answer. I think I am a bit more confused or lost in this regard...

So, is there anything I can do about it, if found in the future?. I mean, there should some way or the other to get out of this, like a penalty or paying a fine or something like that.
