If you currently reside in Canada you don't need a police certificate for Canada. Only the other countries you stayed in for more than 6 months. Also for the PCC it needs to have a stamp/signature from the country of issuance authorities. It's not your signature that they need. Hope this helps

Sorry i meant country of birth and passport number. The application number is the number starting with E. you have to enter it at the top of the page anyways..its the number you got when you received AOR.

It happens ! i received the same letter March 16th and was only able to link April 4th. Keep trying every combination. For me the combination that worked was the Application number and my country of birth. It's just a matter of time before you're able to link. Good luck !

Try : The IRCC number, then UCI code, then 1, then 3, 2, 0 (etc) You may have to try 20-30 times in the morning at 8 am. Maybe for 5-6 days. I personally never tried, however i seen that it worked for some people. Good luck!
