    I will need to use a layer to file a mandamus, since this is truly a nightmare. but it will so costly around 5k.

    I’m originally from Serbia and what I know is that they are review of my military records. Just to clarify, I didn’t serve in the regular army, I completed my civilian service instead, working with an association for people with disabilities. I dont know what to say.

    Im also stuck at background check (A34 SS) from end of November 2023, My AOR is April 4, 2023 and I did submit my aplication on Feb 28, 2023. So long long long time ago.

    I have been waiting for my background check to be completed for 29 months, and it is still ongoing. Overall, the entire process has now exceeded three years. And i dont have any hope that this will be done this year. What they are doing to people its just not fair.

    I did multiple times to IRCC and to CBSA. From that I can see last update is review by CBSA on June 2025, and from MP I found out that is still on review.
