Hi, You Should not be worried about it as I think spouse cases are Excessive Demand Exempt (EDE). Please search on CIC website about it.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office I have read that if you go out of Canada before getting PR card you have to apply for travel document from Canadian High Commission Islamabad. With this travel document you can go back to Canada. Fee is 50 CAD
