Dear Sayeed, As per my thinking, apply for PCC and try to get it soon and be prepared for the moment when you will receive MR/RPRF/PCC request. Your file will automatically shifted to local VO or might be some other VO's co as to share load balancing. Good Luck and get ready for MR. 8)
