Two and a half weeks since pre-arrival and still nothing... Getting worried again

Got a pre-arrival services letter today. I hope that means some progress soon. Any consensus on what it means? According to ATIP, my mom's medicals are expired but my dad's were extended to the end of this year. Waiting for the invitation for repeat medical now, I guess.

Just got my ATIP today (took 2 months after request). I'm not sure what this all means. The last change is Medical Passed changed to Medical Passed Expired in September 2017. Also, says the file was moved to "FC Pending" location two days after they requested RPRF back in August 2017, and...

Do you mean ATIP reports are no longer provided? I can understand silence for 18 months after requesting medicals, but providing ATIP reports within 30 days is a legal requirement as far as I know.

I'm getting very frustrated - the last communication from CIC a as request for PR fee payment (in August 2017), medicals expired in September 2017, and nothing since. I requested ATIP 40 days ago and got nothing back either. What is going on? Any way to check? MyCIC says no need for medicals...

How do you order GCMS? I'm asking because I followed instructions I found somewhere earlier in this thread and received no response after over 40 days now.

Is there any way to call CIC or Ottawa processing office? I've been hitting against a wall since August - my parents moved, and I'm trying to change their address online, and Home address changed but the mailing address stayed the same, which is no longer valid and there is no mail forwarding...

Very bad news :-(. My parents' medicals expired a couple of weeks ago, so will probably get the same email.

My schedule is somewhat odd: Transferred to Ottawa - one of the very early cases to get transferred Medicals requested in August and sent in early September 2016 (inside Canada) In late October I got email asking why we have not submitted medicals - we responded that we did. CIC confirmed...

Almost the same here. Meds sent in early September, passed in November, background check in process since. Got a request for military history 1 month ago, with immediate response (no history), and nothing since. I got hopeful when I got the military history request, but nothing again and meds...

It was saying "the next step is background check" since January. Still says that.

Just got a request for detailed military service info for my dad. Kind of strange because it was over 40 years ago, but not the worst thing. Encouraging, after 6 months of silence. Ottawa office, meds expire in September.
