I sent an email.. have not heard from CPC-Ottawa yet. As per autoreply message, it takes 20 business days to respond the mail.. it means a month!!!

If cap has been filled, why CIC is taking time to return the file? It's been exact 4 months. (my file as received on 14 Nov 2014).

Mine was received on 14 Nov 2014 (almost 4 months) but have not got the file back yet.

My company does not have any provision to go for LMIA or LMO. During hiring I was cleared told about this policy. I said okay as I was qualified under OLD CEC category.
