If you have it from your current emplyer its fine. But then again you should write to CIC the reason why you cannot supply the letters for the previous employer and in your case give the reason you gave i your post

Hi Mongolzam, you do not need to pay someone for a job placement. Just google your job on the Job Bank and directly apply to the employer
