Thanks for reply sir, I tried contacting cic but my refused file is stuck in NDVO. Agent was not able to look into my file.. As NDVO doesn't respond at all, I am in dillema what to do about refund. It's already been 3 months, timeline for refund is mentioned 10-12 weeks in refusal letter..

I got the same reply stating that one of the Visa office still working on my file.. I had already submitted new application but waiting for refund from old one..
